I don't know how you people get around with so few dimensions.

What are you using to allow this effect?
Metisse-- should be in portage. Can be a little tricky to get working properly, but it's pretty fun to diddle around with, especially when it's running on its own and not in a window, which is the default.
What! You use Gentoo Linux as well?
It's my favorite distro so far-- and the distro I use at home and at school. There's something I really love about doing a stage one install. Also, I can say from experience that portage is ten times better than RPMs could ever be, in terms of package management, control, and ease of use. The only thing that irks me is the obtuse little game they play with masking packages-- there are too many overlapping ways to mask packages, and I always feel like I'm tricking portage into installing them. Masked packages are much of the reason I dropped my 64 bit install. Well, that and having a 64 bit install is so bleeding edge it's like walking on glass razors. | |
